Diploma se izdaje posle 1.1.2011 godine Potrebno ja imati 5 poena. – Radio klubovi,amaterske radio stanice koje su u portablu,Amaterske radio stanice sa specijalnim pozivnim znakom – 1 qso=3poena -YL =1 qso-2 poena – ostali =1 qso – 1 poen Diploma se izdaje u PDF formatu. For digital mode QSO-s made with amateur radio stations of central Banat region (EPC regions: RS.VO.NC, RS.VO.NB, RS.VO.SE, RS.VO.ZI, RS.VO.ZR). Award diploma is awarded starting from 1.1.2011. 5 points will qualify you for award. Radio Clubs, amateur radio stations working portable, amateur radio stations using special call signs – 1 QSO = 3 points YL – 1 QSO = 2 points other 1 QSO = 1 point Award diploma is issued in PDF format.
